General Terms and Conditions
Our offers in the B2B shop are directed exclusively at companies, traders and commercial buyers based in India and selected countries outside the European Union. The offer is not directed at end consumers. All prices in our shop are on net basis (Export Prices/EXW), exclusive shipping costs.
Import duties, import sales tax and other fees and costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the importer. The importer shall ensure that he holds the necessary import licences and that he is following the regulations in the importing country. The seller is indemnified.
All offers and deliveries are based on the following terms of sale. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer or business partner as well as verbal subsidiary agreements shall only be valid if expressly confirmed by us.

The delivery time for products from our standard range is usually 7-10 working days after receipt of the complete invoice amount. The delivery time is always non-binding. If the delivery time is exceeded, the customer therefore has no claim for damages or penalties for delay.
3. freight and shipping costs
We usually ship by air freight with TNT Express. The shipping costs depend on the number of articles.
Complaints will only be accepted by us if they are asserted within 7 working days after receipt of the goods at the latest, irrespective of whether the recipient has carried out an inspection of the goods up to this time or not.
Complaints will only be accepted by:
a) immediate sending of a sample of the delivered and rejected goods,
(b) if they are made in writing.
5. return of rejected goods
Returned goods will only be accepted if this has been expressly agreed with us. Only postage paid shipments will be accepted !
6. terms of payment
Our invoices are payable net without deductions and in advance.
Goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
Payment can be made
by bank transfer
PayPal. If paying with paypal additional charges may apply.
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full or any cheques or bills of exchange given in payment have been properly honoured, even if the goods have been processed or are being processed.
The customer hereby assigns to us as security the claims arising for the customer from the sale of our goods.
If the goods are seized or otherwise claimed by a third party, the customer is obliged to inform us immediately. Furthermore, in such a case, he shall be obliged to clearly identify the goods as our property.

8. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
For all rights and obligations arising from the transactions concluded with us, Muelheim/Ruhr is agreed as the place of performance for payment for both parties, and the place of performance for delivery is the registered office of our warehouse.
